I wanted to express my thanks and congratulations to you and your staff for what I consider the best rafting experience I have had in many of my 38 years of rafting.

From the east coast of the USA to the west I have rafted almost all the rivers allowed, including some in South America and have never seen such a well organized and safe experience than the one I had with my family under your company's guidance.

Our calls were picked up promptly, with friendly, knowlegable and expert advice. After our wonderful involved conversations with Eric & others on your staff we choose to do the late afternoon scenic float trip. We originally had eight adults and a child and were able to add another local friend of mine from Idaho. Our trip was made up of four elderly family members ranging in age from their late 70's to my father, who just turned 80. Our youngest member was four years old and had a spectacular time including keeping our guide Liz busy answering her many questions. My kid brother is also disabled and all of your staff went out of their way to make him feel welcome, comfortable and safe during the float. So, as you can see we had quite a diverse group.

Your staff made sure that all of our group was handled with care and with the utmost amount of respect. My family commented to me about how nice and courteous all of your staff was during our trip from start to finish. Everyone was particularly endeared to our float guide, Liz, who went out of her way to make our trip special and interesting. She has a wonderful personality and explained the wildlife and river like no one I've ever seen. She was extremely knowledgeable, safety-conscious and helpful loading and unloading our elderly, young and disabled members of our float. I believe we all thought she just helped to make it one of the most memorable days of my families visit to see me out here. She is truly a fantastic person and I can see why you have her on your
staff. Her smile and thoughtfulness just radiated through our trip. I am considered a very experienced and trained observer in my field and notice most things that the others miss. I can honestly say I've never felt more welcomed, entertained and as safe than on our trip with Teton Expeditions.
